As part of the Nautica Cancún residential project, we contributed to the visualization of the most frequently repeated apartment prototype within the development. The goal was to provide the sales and procurement teams with a compelling and clear visual tool that would support decision‑making and help attract potential buyers. The rendering process combined tools such as Revit, 3ds Max, and SketchUp, allowing for a refined selection of materials, furnishings, and lighting to convey the intended atmosphere with precision and realism.
