1. First, we have a meeting (in person or virtual) to get to know each other. During this meeting, we listen to your project goals and measure the space or land where it will be built.
2. Then, within a maximum of 5 business days, we present a design proposal to you so you can give us feedback and help us refine it.
3. Finally, within a maximum of 3 business days, we deliver the final project with all the changes you requested.

“Modelpeer - Conceptual” has a maximum cost of $1,300 USD. This cost can be reduced to $1,150 USD if the entire process is done virtually.
After the virtual or in‑person meeting, a 50% deposit is required to start the work. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final project is delivered.
The goal of this service is to lower the professional costs of architectural design as much as possible, so invoicing is not included. However, if you need an invoice, we can issue one (please consider an approximate +25% added).
All information will be delivered in digital format:
1. Final project PDF – Contains at least 4 ready‑to‑print sheets. The number of sheets may increase depending on the project size.
2. Revit or AutoCAD files – Useful for future adjustments or to manipulate the delivered information.
3. Excel and PDF of the construction budget – If requested, we will provide the quoted costs to start construction.
