We were commissioned to renovate a commercial space at Julio Verne 89 in Polanco. The owner’s goal was to transform the space into a fresher, more contemporary dining experience. To achieve this, we worked with a California beach house concept: light finishes, natural materials, and a relaxed atmosphere that invites guests to stay and enjoy.
The scope of work included remodeling the dining area, adding a new cocktail bar, and upgrading an outdoor seating zone. Construction was carried out by the client’s own team and their contractors; our role focused on construction supervision, managing the necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with local zoning and building regulations. The result is a renewed, functional space with a clear identity, aligned with both the client’s vision and the character of the neighborhood.
