Gulfgate - Capital One Bank

This project was developed in collaboration with the Capital One U.S. team. Unlike the previous prototype we worked on for Capital One, this one came with its own set of challenges; it was located on an outparcel within a shopping center, which required a more detailed design approach since visibility wasn't just from the front, but from two sides. Being a one-of-a-kind project, we had to rethink the interior layout while working around the existing structure and preserving the original facades. The project is now complete and fully operational in Houston, Texas.
