Residential Complex - San Pedro 105

Located on one of the main streets of Coyoacán, the San Pedro 105 project involved the renovation of an old, dilapidated house to convert it into loft‑style apartments distributed across three levels.

One of the main challenges was the facade intervention, as the building is protected by INAH (the National Institute of Anthropology and History). The regulations required preserving the original first bay of the structure and avoiding any significant alterations to its historic appearance. To comply with these requirements, we collaborated with a restoration specialist. Only on the upper levels was a completely new intervention possible, where we set the new construction back from the property line to respect the limits imposed by the authorities.
