Skyview & The Exchange - Aria

Collaboration with the U.S. firm SGA | NarmourWright Design — recently acquired by GreenbergFarrow — and the development company ARIA Communities to assist in the development of two projects: Skyview at Aria and The Exchange, located in North Carolina, USA. Our responsibility in both projects was to support the development of construction drawings for the construction of both complexes. The land use for both projects was residential, with a maximum of four levels. Both projects were designed in accordance with applicable state codes. Project development and multidisciplinary coordination were managed through the BIM 360 platform.
