Southpoint - Capital One Bank

Project developed in collaboration with the Capital One U.S. team. Unlike the base prototype, the main challenge here was meeting the strict finish requirements set by the mall's management. We also had to coordinate the terrace canopy design using materials and finishes approved by the landlord. The space had previously been occupied by a California Pizza Kitchen, which made the demolition phase especially complex due to the removal of existing equipment. Through close coordination with the contractors and demolition crew, we were able to clear the space smoothly and move forward with construction. The project is now complete and fully operational in Durham, North Carolina.
